Yes. We ship to all of Costa Rica through Correos de Costa Rica, using the Pymexpress service.
Our orders may be dispatched from our preparation centers in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, San José, or from Venecia de San Carlos, Alajuela, depending on availability and internal operations.
Processing and dispatch time is usually 6 to 24 business hours after order confirmation. In most cases, orders placed from Monday to Thursday are prepared for shipment the same day or the next business day, especially when placed in the morning.
Shipments are made on business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a non-business day, it will normally be processed for shipment on the next business day.
Once the package has been handed over to Correos de Costa Rica, the estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination area and the courier service's management.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the corresponding tracking code. With this code, you can check the status of your shipment on the official tracking page of Correos de Costa Rica.

Shipping is currently free on purchases over ₡30,000. When your order meets the required amount, the benefit is automatically applied during checkout.
Each order is carefully prepared to make the experience special from the moment you receive it. Packaging may include a protective box, branded interior presentation, care card, cleaning cloth, and individual jewelry box, depending on the type of product and availability.
