Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions regulate the use of our online sales platform, purchasing methods, the obligations and rights of the parties, and the shipping, warranty, and payment processes. By making a purchase, you accept these terms in full.

PURCHASING METHODS

Eliorah offers three main methods for purchasing products, adapted to the availability and characteristics of each item:

  • Immediate delivery (ELIORAH products): Products available in local stock, with fast shipping after full payment confirmation.
  • Custom-made products (ELIORAH products): Items requested by special order after confirmation of a 50% down payment, with an estimated delivery time of 12 to 30 calendar days.
  • Personal Shopper (external brands): Items also requested with a minimum 50% down payment, with an estimated delivery time of 12 to 30 calendar days.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

  • Orders for immediate delivery products are processed after confirmation of full payment.
  • For custom-made and personal shopper products, a 50% down payment is mandatory to reserve the item, with the remaining balance to be paid before delivery.
  • Payments can be made via SINPE Móvil to the number 6408-1469 or via bank transfer after prior communication to facilitate the necessary data.
  • Under no circumstances will Eliorah process an order without confirmation of the corresponding payment.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING

  • In-stock products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom-made and personal shopper products have an estimated delivery time of 12 to 30 calendar days, subject to external factors such as international logistics and customs.
  • In case of exceptional delays, Eliorah commits to keeping the customer informed at all times.
  • Shipments are made through Correos de Costa Rica, with a tracking number provided for monitoring.

CANCELLATION AND DOWN PAYMENT REFUND POLICY

  • The 50% down payment is non-refundable except in the following cases:
    • The product does not arrive within 60 business days after order confirmation.
    • The product has serious manufacturing defects that prevent its use and cannot be replaced.
    • The delivered product does not match the one ordered.
  • In such cases, Eliorah will manage the corresponding return or replacement at no cost to the customer.
  • Cancellations or changes due to customer decision are not accepted after the down payment has been confirmed.
  • If the remaining balance is not paid within 10 days of the product's arrival, the order will be considered abandoned and the down payment will be retained.

WARRANTIES

  • Eliorah products (own brand), including immediate delivery and custom-made products: Warranty for manufacturing defects or immediate damage within the first 7 calendar days from delivery. Extended warranty for defects such as oxidation or color loss from 8 to 60 calendar days, depending on the specific case.
  • Personal shopper products (external brands): Eliorah acts as an intermediary and does not offer a direct warranty. The warranty will be managed with the manufacturer or official store, subject to their policies.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, impacts, falls, or alterations made by third parties.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

  • Purchases over 20,000 colones for ELIORAH products only qualify for free shipping through Correos de Costa Rica.
  • For smaller purchases, the shipping cost will be informed during the purchase process and must be paid to complete the order.
  • For personal shopper service purchases, the shipping cost will be informed during the purchase process and must be paid to complete the delivery of the item.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

  • Eliorah guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data provided for order and shipment management.
  • The information will be used exclusively for purchase-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except with shipping service providers.

LIABILITY

  • Eliorah is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, international transport, or weather conditions.
  • The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information.
  • In case of claims, Eliorah will provide support to resolve them in accordance with the described policies.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Eliorah reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.
  • A purchase implies acceptance of the version in force at the time of the transaction.
